Hmong, also known as Miao, is spoken in areas of China, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand. There are several major dialects of Hmong, so when ordering a Hmong voiceover it is crucial to know which Hmong you need! The Dananshan dialect is the most commonly spoken in China. We most often receive requests to translate or voice scripts in either Hmong Daw (White Miao) or Mong Njua (Green Miao), ofter referred to as White and Green Hmong, respectively. Both your script translation and your voiceover should done in a consistent dialect – let us know if we can help!
